How to Get Started With Us
We want your initial experience with us to be as productive and positive as possible, so below, you’ll find everything you need to know ahead of your first appointment. We know that visiting a new dental practice can be a bit nerve-wracking, so after reading over this page, if you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to give us a call. We look forward to welcoming you and your loved ones through our doors and showing you just how pleasant going to the dentist can be.
Your First Visit
During your first visit, we’ll review your medical and dental histories, take X-rays of your mouth, check for cavities, gum disease, and anomalies, and offer information about the best way to care for your teeth at home. In addition, we’ll clean and polish your teeth.
After your checkup and teeth cleaning are finished, your dentist will meet with you to discuss your concerns and create a viable treatment plan for you.
When you arrive for your appointment, please bring your completed patient forms, your insurance information (if applicable), your government ID, and your preferred method of payment.
